What we do
Working alongside our colleagues in biT as well as a raft of construction professionals, including Planners, Architects, Contractors and Built Heritage Specialists, to name but a few, we transform designs into real structures. We proactively seek issues to stop them happening, provide solutions to problems that do arise and overcome challenges to manage deadlines and budgets to see structures come to life through construction.
How does this fit into the development process?
Project managers are the ultimate point of contact for projects, bouncing information between teams to keep the project on track.
A project our team has completed
Working on commercial, leisure and education projects in and out of the Borough including the creation of a comprising 24 starter units for a public sector Client over a number of phases. biT acted as a complete consultancy service including Architectural, project and cost management services from inception to completion.
