What we do
We Project Manage the delivery of a range of housing schemes on behalf of the Council's wholly owned housing company, Nuplace Ltd. These range from new build schemes to refurbishments and conversions.
How does this fit into the development process?
We oversee the pre-construction and construction phases of schemes from site assembly, initial scheme development and master planning through to planning, completion of works on site and marketing of the completed homes, engaging with colleagues from the council, external partners and contractors to support delivery.
A project our team has completed
The delivery of 54 homes in Dothill, Telford, comprising of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties as well as a number of adapted and accessible homes, specifically for people aged over 55 or with an identified need. Bespoke adaptations were made to properties during the build period to meet the requirements of occupiers, ensuring these dwellings became "homes for life" and supported independent living.
