Leisure Centres in Newport, Wellington, Oakengates and Abraham Darby, Telford Ice Rink and Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre

Some examples of what you will learn:

• reception desk duties
• activity set up and takedown
• cleaning
• shadowing lifeguards (leisure centres)
• shadowing fitness suite supervision or stewarding (ice rink)
• responding to customer enquiries.

It is not essential, but if you are interested in working early in the day, late in the day or at weekends this is when we are at our busiest and would give you a fuller experience. 

Please note: applicants for Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre will need to have relevant experience of snow sport and a strong interest in working outdoors.

Please note: the working times at Abraham Darby Leisure Centre will be 2pm – 8pm for the placement.

Please note: this placement will require a DBS check for over 16's.
