Getting started – downloading ‘hapi’ and registering
Step 1
Contact your Personal Adviser or email TWcareleavers@telford.gov.uk to find out your Protocol ID – you will need this to register.
Step 2
Download the app
Step 3
Select 'hapi'
Step 4
Create an account
Step 5
Type in your details:
- first and last name
- protocol ID
- your email address
- choose a password.
Step 6
Choose your view
Step 7
Your home screen
