Work based learning covers any aspect of learning and development that is connected into the workplace, from work experience for students in Year 10 through to degree level placements and apprenticeships. At Telford & Wrekin Council we are passionate about developing our staff and providing opportunities for local people to enter into employment, and to learn and development.
