You can refer yourself to Telford and Wrekin’s non-urgent NHS psychological therapies service, also known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies).
They provide evidence-based treatments for depression and anxiety. You can book a telephone assessment with a practitioner or signup to SilverCloud.
