If you feel that you may need support in your home you can access this directly, alternatively you can discuss your needs with Wellbeing Independence Partnership telephone: 01952 385385 (when prompted please select option two), our information and advice service who may refer you for an assessment for equipment to assist you to live independently and/or for a Care Act Assessment.
