Telford Bike Hub

Telford & Wrekin Council have recently launched 13 new adaptive cycles which are available to hire from Telford Bike Hub in Telford Town Park.

The cycles have been added to existing fleet for hire at Telford Bike Hub with the aim of making cycling more accessible. These cycles will also be used to make training sessions more inclusive and help more children complete their 10 by 10 challenge.

The new wide range of cycles suit both young people and adults with a variety of learning and physical disabilities, as well as health issues.

There are a variety of cycles on offer including trikes, side by side, a wheelchair loader among others. The cycles have varying levels of assistance ranging from hand cycles to carer controlled functions.

Adaptive Bike sessions run on every Friday 10am - 12pm this session costs £10, to book and for more information visit the Tickets Telford website.
