To support the launch of the My Telford App we have produced several videos to demonstrate how you can access the smartphone app, register for an account and navigate around the portal.

To delete your My Telford account only you can do this in the My Telford mobile app via the iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) apps.
Open the My Telford app on your mobile phone. When you see the screen below, click on the navigation menu on the top right of the screen.
On the popup menu click on ‘Update Profile’.
From the ‘Your Profile’ screen scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click the ‘Delete Your My Telford Account’ button.
From the ‘Delete Account’ screen click the ‘Delete Your My Telford Account’ button.
The process to delete your account starts and it can take up to 5 working days to delete your account.
Your My Telford account/profile is deleted but your previous jobs won’t be as they were already logged.
