The Voice Programme – 10 weeks/face to face
Who is it for?
Victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
What does it cover?
- Equip victims/survivors with regulation and self-care tools.
- Support with trauma.
- Behaviours of a controlling partner, both before separation and post-separation.
- How digital technology can be used as a tool for abuse and coercive control.

The Fortis Programme – 12 weeks/online
Who is it for?
Men who have left an abusive relationship.
What does it cover?
- Why domestic abuse happens, how to identify signs and to break the cycle.
- Understanding male identity and the impact of domestic abuse.
- Understanding trauma, triggers and building strength.

Escape the Trap – Eight weeks
Who is it for?
Any school, youth setting, children’s centre, youth service or specialist agency who has trained or experienced facilitators. This can be delivered in groups or as a 1-2-1 session aimed at 13 - 25 year olds.
What does it cover?
- Dynamics of grooming, coercion, power and control at a much earlier stage in young people’s experience of intimate relationships.

Level Up Programme – 12 sessions
Who is it for?
Facilitators working with children and young people from the ages of 11 - 15 that have experienced controlling, abusive, aggressive or violent behaviours at home. Also covers behaviour towards parents/guardians, siblings, or intimate partners.
What it covers?
- How to increase safety for victims/survivors.
- Reducing offending behaviour within a domestic abuse setting.
- Reduce and manage risk to victims/survivors.
- Provide early intervention to reduce adult perpetration of abuse.

Men and Masculinity programme – 24 weeks
Who is it for?
This programme offers a safe space for straight and bisexual men in who have engaged in abusive, harmful and damaging behaviour. If you want to understand or change your behaviour, to make life better for yourself or your (female) partner and children, please get in touch.
What does it cover?
- Learn new skills to manage and control behaviour.
- Put the past behind you.
- Be a good father and/or partner.
Fully trained staff meet participants to develop tailored engagement plans through groups or 1-2-1 sessions.

Change+ programme 16 sessions that are 1:1
Who is it for?
LGBTQ+ people of any gender aged 18+, whose relationships are distressing and damaged by their own behaviour.
What does it cover?
- The impact of anger, jealousy and violence
- Find new ways to manage these issues.
- Help to understand how your experiences impact your behaviour.
- Links between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
- How to stop repeating harmful cycles.

Embrace programme
16 90-minute sessions of bespoke intervention – 1-2-1 that can be delivered at a range of venues (e.g. community and faith settings) and times.
Who is it for?
For those unable or unsuited to attend a group work programme including those with neurodiverse conditions, additional substance use needs, and female perpetrators. Members of the LGBTQ+ community and those whose first language isn’t English or require an interpreter.
