Telford & Wrekin Council has adopted the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 so that it can effectively control street trading. All streets within Telford and Wrekin have been designated as consented streets.
When considering an application for a street trading consent, the Council will have regard to its Policy Statement for Street Trading.
