Pleaes note if you are booking a private funeral and you would like it to take place within a Telford and Wrekin cemetery please contact the Register Office directly by email burials@telford.gov.uk.

Complete our online form to make a provisional burial booking

Please note: this is a provisional booking only. Form one must be completed.

Please note: complete form two as soon as possible after completing form one and at least 48 hours before the burial is due to take place.

This is so that the site technicians can ensure that they have the correct equipment at the cemetery and the Register Office can ensure that they have all of the paperwork to ensure that the burial can legally take place. Failure to complete this form on time may mean that your booking will be cancelled.

Urgent religious burials

To notify the burials office of urgent religious burial booking please complete our online form. This form is for funeral directors to book burials within Telford and Wrekin cemeteries.

Please note this is a provisional booking only, the burials office will call you directly to discuss availability.  

This form can be resubmitted multiple times as more information is gathered, please note a signed and completed FO80 must be submitted by the grave purchaser before the burial can take place.
