The Healthy Lifestyles Team offer free and confidential one-to-one support to help you have a healthy pregnancy.
The programme consists of 6 structured one-to-one telephone or video call appointments throughout your pregnancy.

Smoking in pregnancy
No matter how far along you are in your pregnancy or how long you have smoked for, it’s never too late to quit smoking.
Visit the NHS website for information about smoking and your unborn baby.
