Telford & Wrekin Council became a Registered Provider in September 2020 due to the purchase and renting of 23 specialist units of accommodation for rough sleepers. Whilst we do not hold any general needs housing stock we do have a small number of properties that are specialist units for more vulnerable clients who require support.
We do not hold a waiting list for properties. Please do not email in to be asked to be on a waiting list as we do not have any properties for general need and therefore do not hold a waiting list.
