This is a local authority owned site providing short term accommodation facilities for members of the Romani, Gypsy, and Traveller community. The site has capacity for up to twenty two caravans. There are communal toilets and washing facilities available for visitors. Please note:- There are no electrical hook-up facilities available.
Tenants on this site are required to pay a £250.00 deposit before occupying the site and an advanced weekly rent of £85.00.
No council tax is payable whilst resident on this site. |
