| How to get involved? | Consultation is only by survey, and the survey can only be completed by those people who are selected in the sample and who receive the survey, by post, directly from Telford & Wrekin Council. This is in order to comply with the national guidance. |
| What happens next? | National results will be published by the Department of Health via the NHS Information Centre for Health and Social Care. |
| Results / Outcome | Local Results will be used to inform management and commissioning decisions and will be included within the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). |
