| Reason for consultation | We produce a Local Account to show what we are doing to improve people’s lives in Telford and Wrekin. The Local Account is currently in draft, and we want to gain an understanding of what people think of what we have written. |

| What happens next? | Consultation closes on the 4 October 2012. After that the comments will be considered by the Assistant Director for Adult Care and Support and a final version of the Local Account will be produced. This final version will go to the Health and Wellbeing Board in November 2012 and be made publicly available. |
