Short Breaks Overnight Respite Service Tender 

Telford & Wrekin Council, and Shropshire Council, intend to jointly commission a Provider to deliver planned overnight short breaks respite to resident children and young people aged 5-17, with disabilities.  We value the feedback and opinion of providers regarding this and wish to provide opportunity for engagement with commissioners in the pre-procurement process.

Telford & Wrekin Council - Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS)

Telford & Wrekin Council are looking for an electronic point of sale system for their bar and hospitality businesses. The system must provide the following:

• Electronic point of sale for the bar restaurant and hospitality trade.
• Stock management and control with % GPR reporting.
• Stock transfers and valuation including inventory and stock counts.
• Multiple sites and point of sale.
• Mobile point of sale devices.

The system must integrate with the Spektrix box office system to facilitate advance bar orders, theatre and membership benefits.

1. Order and Table Management
   • Table Management: Visual layouts of tables with the ability to assign orders to specific tables.
   • Order Customisation: Easily add, modify, or split orders for customers (e.g., customizing dishes or splitting bills).
   • Tab Management: Open and manage tabs for bars and lounges.
2. Speed and User-Friendliness
   • Intuitive Interface: Simple and fast to use for staff to reduce training time.
   • Quick Transactions: Ensure fast checkouts, even during peak times.
3. Menu Management
   • Customizable Menus: Create, edit, and manage menus with ease, including options for special offers, happy hours, and discounts.
   • Multiple Menus: Support for multiple menus (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner, or seasonal.
4. Spektrix and systems such as Crowd Engage or Visit One.
   • The integration between Spektrix and the EPOS system, is not currently supported on the existing EPOS till, this is a major requirement of the new system.

Please provide costs for a one year contract which will include two sites.

The system must be PCI compliant.

Deadline for quotes Friday 31st January 2025.

Contract value: £5,000pa.
Term of contract: one year contract.
