Children are harsh critics! If it is good enough for them, then it should be good enough for anyone.
We undertake the teambuilding challenges, sharing leadership, but we like to allow them to lead into actual useful applications. For example as a team unloading and launching a fleet of canoes, controlling and working together to navigate a river, Sharing an amazing experience, with time to bond and build valuable relationships. Lifelong memories!
