General Data Protection Regulations

What we will do with your personal information, should you make a representation to an application made under the Licensing Act 2003.

Telford & Wrekin Council's Licensing Service is collecting your personal information for the purpose of meeting the statutory requirement of the Licensing Act 2003.

Representations will be provided in full in a report to the Council's Licensing Sub Committee. A copy of the report is sent to the applicant and is also available for public viewing at Council Offices.

If any person making a representation wants personal data removing, you must contact licensing@telford.gov.uk at the same time as you submit your representation, giving reasons for this.

Application for a review of a Premises Licence

An application for a review was made under Section 51(1) of the Licensing Act 2003 by a Responsible Authority, as defined by the Act in respect of
