Telford and Wrekin Council has a Dog control Public Space Protection Order in place to support positive and reasonable behaviour by dog walkers and owners which consists of the following:
- picking up after the dog
- having the means (bags) to pick up
- not allowing dogs into Children’s gated play areas.
A £100 Fixed Penalty notice may be issued, or you may be fined £1,000 at Magistrates court.
