Household pest problems 

For all household pest problems, such as rats, mice or wasps, we advise you to contact a private pest control company: 

• Trading Standards Accredited
  Visit the Trading Standards Accredited website to search for recommended pest control companies.
   
• British Beekeepers Association
  Visit the British Beekeepers Association website to search a list of approved swarm collectors by postcode. The British Beekeepers Association also provide a useful guide on identifying honeybees, bumble bees and wasps.

Pest problems on Council owned land

Telford & Wrekin Council will provide treatment for rats and mice seen on public/open space that would fall under Council land.
